County Abstract and Title Company has been serving Sawyer County and the
surrounding area since 1992, when we opened for business in owner Mike Hargas'
basement.
Currently servicing 10 counties, the Company has grown to be the largest
title company in Northwest Wisconsin. We remain one of the few title companies
with
inhouse records dating back to the 1800's. Since our inception, we have
insured over 11 ,000 real estate transactions.
Sawyer County Abstract and Title Company is an issuing agent for Stewart
Title Guaranty Company and a member of the American Land Title Association
and the
Wisconsin Land Title Association.
